James was the structural engineer for the complete renovation of this Grade II listed Georgian house in the Camberwell Grove Conservation Area.

​

The works included the design of a feature cantilever stone stair, removing internal loadbearing walls and sensitively strengthening the original Georgian timber stair. 

​

Completed in 2020 whilst at Price & Myers.
