We were asked to inspect a Victorian end-of-terrace house in Camberwell that had suffered significant dry and wet rot due to a leaking gutter.

​

Areas of brickwork were heavily cracked where timber lintels had failed and parts of the floor structure had become unsafe.

​

We provided a report covering the damaged areas and helped the Client make informed decisions about the works required.

​

We specified repair details that would protect the house should the rot return and as site works progressed, we supported the builder to ensure the construction works ran smoothly.
